    We want you to be delighted with your purchase of Loomies products. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
      • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
      • In the original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Digital downloads or eBooks.
    • Opened or used items unless defective.
    • Personalized or custom-made items.

    Return Process

    • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@aloomienation.com.

    Lost or Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

    • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
